After this portion of the registration process is finished you are free to log back in as needed. You do not need to submit an abstract when you first register, as you will be able to log back in to the site to access all of your information and make changes as needed, including submitting and/or updating the abstract. However, all abstracts must be submitted (and any final changes made) before the abstract submission deadlines noted above.
After your payment has been received by the MPM, there will be a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before August 7, 2014 and $100 for those received before August 22, 2014 . DEADLINE - No refunds for cancellations after August 22, 2014
All accepted abstracts will be presented either orally or in poster format, with speakers to be chosen on the basis of submitted abstracts. It is expected that the individual submitting an abstract will personally present the poster or talk. For reasons of time and space, we can consider only one abstract per person. Maximum length for abstract submission - 270 words.
In accordance with tradition, those individuals scheduled to speak on the first day will be informed in advance, but no other detailed scheduling information will be released prior to the meeting. A list of abstract titles and authors will be available at this web site approximately one week prior to the start of meeting (by submitting an abstract, you are agreeing to the publication of the abstract title and author list on the MPM web site).
If you require accommodations for either Saturday (early arrival) or Thursday night (late departure) in the MBL housing, you must reserve and pay in advance by contacting the MBL Conferences at 508-289-7214 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
